Composition

Active ingredients:

D-Glucosamine sulfate 500 mg;

N-acetyl-D-glucosamine 500 mg;

omega-3 fatty acids;

Eicosapentaenoic acid 400 mg;

Docosahexaenoic acid 300 mg;

omega-6 fatty acids;

gamma-linolenic acid 300 mg;

Chondroitin sulfate 200 mg;

vitamin E (as D-alpha-tocopherol) 10 IU;

vitamin C (in the form of ascorbyl palmitate) 5 mg;

Pharmacological action

Inholtra-stimulating the regeneration of cartilage tissue, chondroprotective, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.

Inholtra® inhibits the processes of degeneration and stimulates the restoration of cartilage tissue; supports the elasticity and elasticity of cartilage, replenishing the deficiency of chondroitin sulfate in the main extracellular matrix of cartilage, suppressing the synthesis of metalloproteases, PG, antibodies to collagen, inhibiting apoptosis of chondrocytes; has a stimulating effect on chondrocytes, increases the synthesis of proteoglycans, collagen and hyaluronic acid, increases the content of RNA in chondrocytes.

Suppressing inflammation, relieves pain; improves joint mobility for a long time due to the formation of a sufficient amount of synovial fluid, increasing its viscosity and suppressing the activity of enzymes that break down cartilage. Reduces swelling and inflammation of the joints, prevents the development of autoimmune diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis); reduces the risk of blood clots and supports the tone of the walls of blood vessels.

Allows you to significantly reduce the dosage or completely abandon the use of NSAIDs, which reduces the number of gastrointestinal complications; it is combined with other methods of therapy. The effect of a product is determined by the properties of its constituent components.

Glucosamines (D-glucosamine sulfate and N-acetyl D-glucosamine) form and maintain the structure of the cartilage matrix, ensure its strength, normalize the composition of synovial fluid, restore smoothness and painlessness of movements.

Chondroitin sulfate promotes hydration of cartilage and increases its shock-absorbing capabilities, has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids inhibit autoimmune reactions, reduce swelling in joint inflammation (including rheumatoid arthritis).

Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) it has an antiproliferative effect.

Essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids contained in the preparation are substrates for the synthesis of anti-inflammatory drugs. PG1 and PG3 substrates inhibit the synthesis of inflammatory PG2.

Ascorbyl palmitate (a highly effective fat-soluble form of vitamin C) it exhibits antioxidant properties, participates in the synthesis of collagen, in the formation of chondrocytes, maintaining the structure and functioning of cartilage tissue.

Vitamin E is characterized by an independent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect, protects against the oxidation of PUFAs (EPA, DHA and GLA).

Manganese aspartate promotes better absorption of glucosamine, participates in the absorption of chondroitin sulfate, and also increases the activity of mitochondroidal superoxide dismutase. Supports osteogenesis, promotes normal connective tissue metabolism, regeneration and repair of cartilage tissue.

The effectiveness and high safety of Inholtra® was proven in a randomized controlled trial at the Rheumatology Department of KB No. 2 of the State Medical Center of the Ministry of Health.

Indications

• As a Dietary supplements for general strengthening foods that improve the functional state of the musculoskeletal system, an additional source of glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, omega-3 and omega-6 PUFAs, vitamins C, E and manganese.
• For the prevention and complex therapy of chronic inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases (arthritis, arthrosis, spondylitis, spondylosis).
• As a means of promoting the regeneration of cartilage and intra-articular fluid, reducing inflammation and relieving joint pain.
• As a means of promoting the restoration of joint tissues after sports injuries.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Contraindicated in pregnancy.

Breast-feeding should be discontinued for the duration of treatment.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside,30 minutes before meals, with water.

Adults – 2 capsules 2 times a day or as recommended by the manufacturer-depending on body weight-1-3 capsules 3 times a day (patients weighing up to 68 kg-1 capsule; from 68 to 90 kg-2 capsules, more than 90 kg-3 capsules).

The duration of admission is 3-4 months.

If necessary, the course of admission should be repeated.
