Key symptoms for prescribing the drug:
-sharply beginning and passing pains;
– wandering pains;
– pinpoint pains;
– heartburn, burning in the stomach;
– sticky thick discharge;
– geographical language.
Main cases of clinical use:
Gastroenterology: gastritis, gastric ulcer or gastroduodenitis with ulcerative defects, which have smooth, well-defined, as if cut edges (basic treatment, preventive treatment).
Otorhinolaryngology: purulent or mucopurulent rhinorrhea, acute or chronic; frontal or maxillary rhinosinusitis with characteristic discharge; tubootitis; ulcerative-membranous sore throat; ozena with yellowish, nauseating crusts.
Gynecology: thick greenish leucorrhoea.
Rheumatology: lumbago, sciatica; heel pain, tendinitis (tennis player’s shoulder).
Dermatology: varicose ulcers, clearly defined; impetiginated eczema; contact eczema of allergic or toxic origin, or caused by irritation, corresponding to the characteristics of the drug, regardless of the etiology; impetigo.
