Composition
Coenzyme Q10-30 mg;
Vitamin E-4.5 mg
Pharmacological action
Coenzyme Q10 (Ubichinon) is found in all human cells. It is a key participant in the process of cellular respiration (regulates bioenergetic reactions in mitochondria). In total, the body of healthy people contains about 1 g of coenzyme Q10. When 25% of this substance is deficient, energy production in cells is disrupted, which manifests itself in reduced performance, signs of premature aging, etc., and a 75% deficiency is incompatible with life.
Coenzyme Q10 plays a special role in protecting skin cells, where it prevents them from being damaged by ultraviolet and reactive oxygen species. This protection, firstly, ensures the preservation of the structure of collagen and elastin molecules (the” skeleton “of the skin), and secondly, prevents” dryness “of the skin, i. e. the loss of fatty acids (the natural “lubrication” of the skin).
Coenzyme Q10, like vitamins, comes from food, but unlike them, it can also be produced in the body. With age, the body’s own synthesis of Q10 decreases and an increasing amount of it must enter the body from the outside. Therefore, it is believed that the level of coenzyme Q10 in the body is a measure of its “biological” age
Vitamin E (tocopherol) is present in all body tissues and is found, like coenzyme Q10, in cell membranes. It protects them from oxidation and, thus, ensures the preservation of structural integrity and functional activity. A lack of vitamin E in the diet increases the susceptibility to infectious diseases, the risk of cardiovascular disorders, skin diseases, and inflammatory processes.
The combined action of coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E contributes to the preservation and improvement of physical and mental activity, stimulates the immune system, and prevents premature aging.
Indications
As a source of a substance critical for the body’s energy – coenzyme Q10, Kudesan is used in cardiology, especially in the treatment of the elderly. It is no less effective in the treatment of asthenia, increased fatigue.
Taking Kudesan is recommended for the prevention of premature aging, in particular, as a supplement or alternative to therapeutic cosmetics with coenzyme Q10. Kudesan is more effective than external remedies in providing the skin with this essential substance for its health.
Positive effect in ischemic heart disease and other diseases of the cardiovascular system, prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and its complications, especially hypertension. Clinical trials have shown its effectiveness in endocrine and neurological diseases; in some cases, it was even possible to prolong the life of cancer patients.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
