Recommendations for use
To make sourdough yogurt, heat 1-3 liters of ultra-pasteurized or boiled milk to a temperature of 30-42°C.
Add a packet of sourdough to it and mix thoroughly.
Place the resulting mixture in a yogurt maker, thermos or slow cooker for 8-10 hours.
After that, put the product in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Mix the chilled yogurt, if desired, you can add berries, pieces of fruit or jam to it.
