Pharmacological action
Infusion of wild rosemary shoots has an expectorant effect,
has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and hypotensive properties; has an exciting effect on the central nervous system and myometrium.
Indications
Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract,
accompanied by a cough with sputum that is difficult to separate (bronchitis, tracheitis, etc. ).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, breast-feeding, age up to 18 years.

Interaction

How to take, course of use and dosage
About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of marsh rosemary shoots are placed in an enamel bowl,200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath with periodic stirring for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out.
The volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside in a warm form of 1/3-1/4 cup 2-3 times a day.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
