Pharmacological action
Ledum palustre (wild rosemary) is a shrub that grows in the wetter regions of Europe, Asia and America, with linear felt leaves with a reddish underside.
Chemical composition: • essential oil with anti-inflammatory effect• * flavonoids;• triterpenes.
Indications
The key symptoms for prescribing the drug
- are a feeling of bruising followed by numbness;
- painful sensitivity of the plantar surface of the feet;
- a feeling of” burning ” heat in the joints, joint pain;
- itching of the skin.

Traumatology
- traumatic bruising, especially around the eyes (bruise), formed when exposed to a blunt object. Ledum palustre is combined with Arnica Montana;

How to take, course of use and dosage
Sublingual.
Granules should be absorbed in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children from 0 to 3 years of age, the pellets are pre-diluted, shaking, in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and given to drink.
The optimal amount per dose is 5 pellets.
