Indications
The key symptoms for prescribing the drug
- are a feeling of bruising followed by numbness;
- painful sensitivity of the plantar surface of the feet;
- a feeling of” burning ” heat in the joints, joint pain;
- itching of the skin.
Main cases of clinical use
Traumatology
- traumatic bruising, especially around the eyes (bruise), formed when exposed to a blunt object. Ledum palustre is combined with Arnica Montana;
- wounds caused by piercing objects (spikes, nails);
- insect or animal bites.
Most of the time, Ledum palustre is used simultaneously with Apis mellifica.
Rheumatology
- acute joint pain that decreases when exposed to cold;
- chronic joint pain;
- prevention of recurrent gout attacks (as monotherapy or in combination with traditional hyperuricemia therapy).
Dermatology
- of rosacea;
- dry itchy dermatitis.
