How to take, course of use and dosage
About 6 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed lingonberry leaves are placed in an enamel bowl,200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then filtered without cooling, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out.
The volume of the resulting broth is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day 40 minutes after meals.
The course of treatment is 20-25 days.
It is possible to repeat the course after a 10-12-day break, but no more than 4 courses per year.
