Pharmacological action
Combined herbal preparation. It has an antitussive, expectorant, mucolytic, bactericidal effect due to the effects of the components included in the preparation.
Vasika adhatode has antipyretic, expectorant and antispasmodic effects.
Smooth licorice root contains glycyrrhizin and foaming substances-saponins, which help to increase the secretory function of the respiratory tract epithelium, change the surface-active properties of the pulmonary surfactant, stimulate the movement of the cilia of the epithelium, dilute sputum and facilitate its discharge. It has a depressing effect on the exudative and proliferative phase of inflammation. It has anti-allergic properties.
Long pepper has antibacterial, anti-allergic properties. It has an antitussive and general tonic effect.
Sweet violet has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, soothing, antimicrobial and antispasmodic effects.
Hyssop vulgaris contains diosmin, which has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antitussive effects.

Indications
Symptomatic treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with difficult-to-separate sputum (against the background of acute respiratory diseases, influenza, tracheitis, bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, pneumonia, bronchitis of “smokers” and other inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract).
Contraindications
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of Linkus Ent, age up to 18 years.

How to take, course of use and dosage
Adults should slowly dissolve in the oral cavity 1 lozenge of Linkus Ent every 2-3 hours. The maximum daily dose is 8 lozenges. The average course of treatment is 3-7 days.

To date, no cases of overdose of the drug Linkus ENT have been reported.
Special instructions
The composition of the drug includes sucrose, which should be taken into account when prescribing the drug to patients with diabetes mellitus and patients who follow a hypocaloric diet.
Concomitant use of Linkus ENT with antitussive medications, as well as with drugs that reduce sputum formation, is not recommended.
