Pharmacological action

Combined preparation of plant origin, has a sedative, hypnotic effect, has anxiolytic and anti-stress activity.

Extracts of Chinese date, lotus, euphoria longan, thuja and erythrina have a sedative effect, reduce irritation and tension, manifested in mental fatigue and neurasthenia; with insomnia, they contribute to the restoration of normal sleep.

Extracts of dioscorea, mulberry and euphoria longana, along with a sedative effect, also have a vasodilating effect, improve metabolic processes.

Indications

— with increased excitability, irritability, lability of mood, directly with emotional and physical injuries, with a state of constant mental tension, overwork (the so-called “manager’s syndrome”), with insomnia (mild forms).

Interaction

Increases the effect of drugs that depress the central nervous system (including sleeping pills), antihypertensive, analgesic drugs (requires correction of their doses).

How to take, course of use and dosage

Adults inside 1 tablet 2 times a day;

for insomnia-1 hour before bedtime,1 tablet.

The course of treatment is 30 days.

If necessary, it is possible to conduct a second course of treatment on the recommendation of a doctor.

Overdose

Symptoms:  drowsiness, lethargy, feeling of depression, nausea.

Treatment:  gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
