Composition

In 1 tablet weighing 500 mg contains:

• Vitamin C.
• Taurine.
• Lutein.
• Dry blueberry extract.
• Vitamin E.
• Vitasil-Se (yeast autolysate, water-soluble, selenium-containing).
• Zinc sulfate.
• Beta-carotene.
• Vitamin A.
• Copper sulfate.

Excipients: lactose, calcium stearate.

Pharmacological action

The action is determined by a specially selected complex of biologically active substances, vitamins and minerals (macro – and microelements) necessary for the normal course of metabolic processes and the work of the eyes.

• Lutein derived from marigold petals selectively absorbs the aggressive part of the spectrum of light rays (protective screening function) and neutralizes their negative effects if some part of these rays still penetrated the retinal structures (antioxidant function).
• Blueberry extract activates blood microcirculation and metabolism at the tissue level. Contains anthocyanosides, which restore the light-sensitive pigment rhodopsin and thus improve adaptation to different light levels and enhance visual acuity at dusk.
• Beta-carotene strengthens the body’s defenses as a whole. It is deposited in the liver and activated as needed. From one molecule of beta-carotene, two molecules of vitamin A are formed.
• Vitamin A improves color perception, rejuvenates cell populations. It plays an important role in redox processes and the synthesis of substances vital for the eye.
• Vitamin C is involved in many biochemical reactions, including regulating the transport of hydrogen. Maintains the colloidal state of the intercellular substance and normalizes capillary permeability. Regulates the restoration of visual pigments.
• Vitamin E accelerates the regeneration of damaged cells, participates in tissue respiration and other important processes of tissue metabolism. Prevents increased fragility and permeability of capillaries. The vitamin E used in the Lutein complex is derived from natural plant raw materials.
• Zinc is found in the retina, vascular and iris of the eye. It helps to maintain the level of vitamin A, participates in the synthesis of protein molecules.
• Copper is the main element of some enzymes. Copper deficiency leads to fragility of blood vessels and hemorrhages.
• Selenium is a microelement-antioxidant. It is a part of glutathione peroxidase and determines the activity of this enzyme. Protects the intracellular structures of eye tissues from the damaging effects of oxygen radicals.
• Taurine is an amino acid. Participates in the transmission of photosignals, stimulates the regeneration and metabolism of eye tissues. Promotes normalization of cell membrane function and activation of energy exchange processes.

Indications

As an additional source of minerals and vitamins to improve the functional state of the visual organs:

• degenerative diseases of the retina (can be used in combination with other therapeutic drugs and as a standalone tool, has a direct therapeutic effect in retranslating forms of macular degeneration);
• myopia;
• the symptom of fatigue of the eye;

Use during pregnancy and lactation

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside, during meals, adults and children over 12 years of age-1 tablet per day.

If necessary, the dose can be increased to 3 tablets per day.

For preventive purposes, the drug can be taken in two-month courses 2 times a year, in other cases – according to indications.

There are no time limits for regular use.
