Auxiliary substances: Â medical castor oil 7.5 g, butyl acetate 0.25 g, ethanol 96% 87.25 g
Pharmacological action
Pharmaceutical group: ectoparasite exterminator. Pharmaceutical action: Antiparasitic agent, has an anti-pediculous, insecticidal effect. It interferes with the permeability of Na+channels in insect nerve cell membranes, inhibits the process of polarization (repolarization) of the nerve cell, which leads to a paralyzing effect. It is effective against nits, larvae and mature individuals of head and pubic lice, fleas, ticks (including scabies) and other ectoparasites of the arthropod family. With a single treatment of surfaces affected by pediculosis, the effect persists from 2-3 weeks to 6 weeks (depending on the dosage form used). As an anti-scratch drug, it is effective after a single procedure. Low-toxic to humans and when applied to the skin in the recommended doses and concentrations, it does not have a skin-resorptive, local irritant and sensitizing effect. Pharmacokinetics: After skin application, the absorption is about 2%. The portion of the drug that enters the systemic circulation is rapidly hydrolyzed by esterases to inactive metabolites. It is excreted by the kidneys (in the form of metabolites).
Indications
Scabies, head and pubic lice.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance, children under 1 year of age.
With caution: Â pregnancy and lactation. During the treatment of scabies, it is necessary to stop breastfeeding.

How to take, course of use and dosage
Apply the gel evenly to clean, damp hair of the head or scalp (in the presence of pubic lice), rubbing into the roots of the hair.
