Composition
One 180 mg capsule contains: lyophilizate of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus strain n. v. Ep 317/402 (NARINE) -100 mg. Fillers: corn starch-80 mg, gelatin capsules 40-45 mg. The content of probiotic lactobacilli in a daily serving is 7.2 x 10’CU.

How to take, course of use and dosage
1.0.5 liters of milk (preferably reconstituted dry) boil and cool to 40 degrees, remove the foam.
2. Pour the milk into a clean, scalded thermostat or jar and add the contents of one bottle of Narine sourdough, diluted in a small amount of the same milk.
3. Mix the mixture thoroughly, close the dishes tightly, wrap the jar well and put it in a warm place for 12-18 hours.
4. It is important to observe the temperature regime, fermentation at lower temperatures increases the cooking time of the product and worsens its quality.
5. After the specified period, a homogeneous viscous mass of slightly acidic taste should be formed – a working sourdough, which is poured into clean dishes carefully treated with boiling water and placed in the refrigerator. The shelf life of working sourdough is no more than 7 days at a temperature of 2-10 degrees.
