Pharmacological action is determined by the properties of vitamins that make up the drug.
Thiamine (vitamin Bi) in the human body as a result of phosphorylation processes is converted to cocarboxylase, which is a coenzyme of many enzyme reactions. Thiamine plays an important role in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. It is actively involved in the processes of conducting nerve excitation in synapses.
Pyridoxine (vitaminB6) is essential for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. In its phosphorylated form, it is a coenzyme in the metabolism of amino acids (decarboxylation, transamination, etc. ). It acts as a coenzyme of the most important enzymes acting in nerve tissues. It is involved in the biosynthesis of many neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, histamine, and gamma-aminobutyric acid.
Cyanocobalamin (vitaminB2) is necessary for normal hematopoiesis and maturation of red blood cells, and also participates in a number of biochemical reactions that ensure the vital activity of the body – in the transfer of metal groups, in the synthesis of nucleic acids, protein, in the exchange of amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids. It has a beneficial effect on the processes in the nervous system (synthesis of nucleic acids and lipid composition of cerebrosides and phospholipids). The coenzyme forms of cyanocobal amine, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, are essential for cell replication and growth.
It is used in the complex therapy of the following neurological diseases:
It is not recommended to use Neuromultivitis during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) due to the lack of reliable clinical data confirming the safety of using the drug during these periods.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
In isolated cases: nausea, tachycardia, skin reactions in the form of itching and urticaria. The drug is well tolerated.
With the simultaneous use of Neuromultivitis and levodopa, there is a decrease in the antiparkinsonian effectiveness of levodopa.
With the combined use of Neuromultivit and ethanol, the absorption of thiamine, which is part of the drug, sharply decreases (the level in the blood can decrease by 30%).
During treatment with Neuromultivitis, it is not recommended to take multivitamin complexes that include B vitamins.
Assign inside 1 tab. 1-3 times/day. The duration of the course is determined individually.
Tablets should be taken after a meal, without chewing and with a small amount of liquid.
It is not recommended to use the drug in high doses for more than 4 weeks.
