Description of components:

Glycine-helps to normalize and activate the processes of protective inhibition in the central nervous system, reduces psycho-emotional stress, increases mental performance, facilitates falling asleep and normalizes sleep, reduces the toxic effect of alcohol.

Ginkgo Biloba-increases the resistance of nerve cells to oxygen starvation, improves blood rheology, and has a beneficial effect on brain function: activates mental activity, improves memory and sleep.

Gotu Kola is considered a brain tonic. The use of Gotu kola reduces the symptoms of depression, has a calming effect on anxiety, and improves peripheral blood circulation.
