Composition

Multiprobiotic complex of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli 8 strains belonging to the species:

B. bifidum, B. breve,

B. infantis,

B. longum,

L. acidophilus,

L. plantarum,

L. casei,

oligofructose,

inulin,

vitamin and mineral premix,

standardized in composition (vitamins: D3, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, nicotinamide, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin; minerals: zinc, selenium), corn starch (carrier),

aerosil or magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent),

gelatin or cellulose (capsule).

Pharmacological action

Bifidobacteria and lactobacilli have a multifactorial regulating and stimulating effect on the human body. Their balance and proper localization in the intestines play an important role.

Together, they perform the following functions: :

-to protect the microflora from the settlement of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms antagonistic affecting them with products of their metabolism: organic acids, hydrogen peroxide, lysozyme and other biologically active substances and antibiotikoterapii;

-activate the immune system, regulating functions of humoral and cellular immunity (stimulates the production of immunoglobulins, interferon, cytokines, interleukins, and tumor necrosis factor, enhance the activity of macrophages, monocytes, granulocytes);

-participate in digestion – metabolizing different substrates of plant, animal and microbial origin. Fermented carbohydrates, in particular, lactose (milk sugar), proteins, break down urea to safe substances;

-synthesize volatile fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids, hormones;

-normalize metabolism – regulates water-salt and gas exchange processes of intestinal absorption, promote the absorption of calcium, iron, vitamin D, involved in the recycling of bile acids, affect the metabolism of bilirubin and cholesterol;

-provide detox body toxins, radionuclides, xenobiotic, inactivate histamine, procancerogenic and mutagenic substances.

The strains included in Normospectrum have a proven probiotic effect, high antagonistic activity against pathogenic, opportunistic, putrefactive microorganisms, rotaviruses, and resistance to antibiotics and acid.

The complex of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli is selected taking into account the peculiarities of the composition of the microflora of this age group. All strains have a synergistic relationship with each other. This approach not only summarizes the effect of individual strains, but also contributes to the stable localization or new colonization of the intestine by those types of bacteria that predominate in the microbiocenosis of a particular child.

Indications

In complex therapy for normalization and restoration of microflora and functional state of the gastrointestinal tract:

• when dysbacteriosis of various etiologies, as a result of taking antibiotics, sulfonamides and other chemotherapeutic drugs, due to malnutrition, climate change or other reasons;
• when manifestations of intestinal dyspepsia (bloating, rumbling, pain, diarrhea);
• chronic constipation;
• the ailing children as a General tonic, increasing nonspecific resistance and the immune status of the body, especially in the recovery period after illness of any origin;
• for respiratory infections, influenza and their prevention;
• the intestinal infections established and unknown etiology, including rotavirus infection;
• when vitamin and mineral deficiencies;
• in allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis/atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, asthma), including those caused by food factor;
• for worm infestations.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Normospectrum® Baby for children from 1.5 to 7 years in capsules.

Children from 1.5 to 3 years (0.4 g) (pour the contents into a clean, dry spoon) 1 time a day with meals, pre-dissolved in 10 ml of liquid at room temperature (boiled water, juice). Do not take it with hot food or liquids.

Children from 3 to 7 years of age: 1 capsule (0.4 g) 1-2 times a day with meals, washed down with drinking water. Do not take it with hot food or liquids.

The duration of admission is 20-30 days. The procedure can be repeated 2-3 times a year.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children at a temperature of (10±2)°C. Transportation is allowed at a temperature not exceeding 25°C for 5 days.
