Composition

Active ingredients:

seed oats (Avena sativa) D1-20 ml;

phosphorus (Phosphorus) D12-10 ml;

chamomile (Chamomilla) D12-10 ml;

coffee tree (Coffea) D12-10 ml;

zinc valerate (Zincum valerianicum) D12-10 ml;

Auxiliary substances:

ethyl alcohol — 43% by weight.

Pharmacological action

Notta has a tranquilizing effect, improves the tolerance of psychoemotional loads, normalizes the physiological rhythm of sleep.

Indications

• Anxiety(fear);

• mental tension;
• sleep disorders;

Children over 3 years old:

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside,30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal, drops should be held in the mouth for some time before swallowing, tablets should be kept under the tongue until completely absorbed.

Use in pure form or pre-diluted in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water.

Adults and adolescents: 10 drops (1 tablet) 3 times a day.

Children 3-12 years — 5 drops 3 times a day.

The course of treatment is 1-4 months.

If the condition is caused by a traumatic situation — the course of treatment is 1-4 weeks.

At the beginning of the disease, as well as in cases requiring rapid relief of symptoms, it is possible to take every 0.5-1 hour:  children from 3 to 12 years — 3-5 drops, adults and adolescents — 8-10 drops (1 tablet), until the condition improves, but no more than 8 times, then take 3 times a day.

Special instructions

Since the drug contains natural plant components, during storage there may be a slight turbidity and weakening of the smell and taste, which does not lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the drug. The composition of the drug includes ethyl alcohol (ethanol) 43% by weight. The maximum single dose of the drug contains 0.16 g of ethyl alcohol (ethanol), the maximum daily dose of the drug – 1.28 g of ethyl alcohol (ethanol).
