Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) Omega-3 is one of the basic elements of human health. These acids are not synthesized by the human body and enter it only with food. Omega-3 acids have an impact on the body’s metabolism, including at the cellular level. They help protect our cells from premature aging, regulate fat metabolism. Omega-3s help clear the walls of blood vessels from excess cholesterol, preventing the formation of cholesterol plaques. In addition, Omega-3 eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids normalize blood viscosity and increase the level of “good” HDL cholesterol (high —density lipoproteins), reducing the concentration of homocysteine (an amino acid that accumulates in the body, begins to “attack” the internal walls of arteries, resulting in blood clots). Omega-3 acids are especially important during pregnancy, as well as during the planning stage and during breastfeeding. They help maintain a woman’s health and are involved in the process of fetal formation. When ingested, these compounds enter the cells and affect their functioning. As a result, the work of the heart, joints, brain and sensory organs improves, vitality and efficiency increase.
Store in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
