The eyes of any person are constantly under strain: prolonged use of a computer, tablet, smartphone, reading in low light, in transport, harmful exposure to the blue part of the light spectrum.

All these aspects of everyday life have a devastating effect on the visual organ. In addition, age-related changes in the body also affect the health of the eyes and the quality of vision. Therefore, our eyes need constant care and support.

The most important elements of nutrition for the eyes are:

Lutein and zeaxanthin are natural pigments that protect the retina from the aggressive part of the light spectrum, help to increase visual acuity, and also reduce its age-related changes.

They are also excellent helpers in the prevention of cataracts – opacities of the lens.
