Composition

: Calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate (carrier), microcrystalline cellulose (carrier); croscaramellose (carrier), alpha-ha lactose and da za, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent). It does not contain GMOs, lactose, milk proteins, colorants, flavorings or preservatives. 1 tablet contains 5 mg of the active component alpha-galactosidase, which corresponds to 150IU of the enzymatic activity of galactosidase.

Energy value per 1 tablet: 0.1 kcal-0.5 kJ.

Nutritional information per 1 tablet: Protein-0.005 g; fat-0.002 g, including saturated fatty acids-0.002 g; carbohydrates-0 g; dietary fiber-0.058 g; salt -0.001 g.

Indications

Dietary supplement – a source of the digestive enzyme alpha-galactosidase. Helps prevent bloating caused by eating foods that cause flatulence.

Recommendations for use

Adults and children over 3 years of age,1-3 tablets with the first portions of food when eating foods that cause flatulence: all types of beans (white, red, brown and combinations thereof), lentils, lettuce, cabbage (white, red), kohlrabi, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, garlic, carrots, parsley, flour and flour products (especially whole grain seeds), pistachios, sesame seeds, soy and soy products (soy milk, tofu).

Alpha-galactosidase is an enzyme that breaks down so-called oligosaccharides (complex sugars) into simpler forms that are easily digested. Legumes, vegetables, and whole grains are high in oligosaccharides, which are poorly absorbed in most people. When they enter the large intestine unchanged, the oligosaccharides are fermented by bacteria, releasing excessive amounts of gases, which leads to bloating, rumbling, and abdominal pain. Alpha-galactosidase provides an enzyme activity that is absent in the human body, preventing the entry of oligosaccharides into the large intestine in an undivided form.
