Composition

The composition of the product includes a complex of Oxypthyrin / Oxyphthirine, containing 4.0% dimethicone as an Active ingredient and substances that have a synergistic effect that enhances the pediculicidal effect of dimethicone.

Description

The product is effective against adults, larvae and eggs of head lice (nits) with 8 hours of contact with the product with a single application.

About head lice:

The head louse is a small (3-4 mm long), wingless insect, with 3 pairs of legs, with which it moves quickly and is firmly held on to the hair. Head lice live exclusively in the hair of the head and feed on blood. When bitten by lice, saliva is released, which, getting into the wound, causes an allergic reaction: irritation and itching. Over the course of her life, a female head louse lays up to 150 eggs, which are called nits. On the 7th day, larvae appear from the nits, which after 15 days become adult insects capable of laying eggs (nits). Determine the infection with head lice can be done by visual inspection and detection of nits in the hair. Unlike lice, nits are tightly attached to the hair and immobile, so they are easier to detect in the hair.

PARANIT Sensitive is designed to kill head lice, their larvae and nits in adults, including pregnant and lactating women and children from 1 year of age.

Recommendations for use

Check for lice and nits in all family members using the special comb that is included in the kit. It is better to diagnose head lice on dry hair in good light.

Pre-comb your hair well, then make a few combs with a special comb, strand by strand. Pay attention to the areas of the most frequent localization of lice and nits-behind the ears and in the lower part of the nape. After each combing, wipe the comb with a white cloth. In case of infection, parasites will be clearly visible on it.

All family members who have lice should be treated on the same day to avoid re-infection.

Before applying the product, shake the bottle, then apply the required amount of PARANIT Sensitive pediculicide to dry hair until it is completely moistened. Massage the product evenly over the entire surface of the skin and the length of the hair – from the roots to the tips.

A bottle of the pediculicide PARANIT Sensitive is designed for 2 treatments or more, depending on the infestation with insects and on the length and density of hair.

Leave the product PARANIT Sensitive for 8 hours at night. This is necessary for the effective destruction of nits. The mild formula of the pediculicide PARANIT Sensitive does not stain clothes and does not leave greasy spots. Therefore, during sleep, it is enough to cover the child’s pillow with a towel. The use of special caps is not required.

After 8 hours, thoroughly wash off the pediculicide PARANIT Sensitive with shampoo.

4. If necessary, repeat the treatment with PARANIT Sensitive pediculicide after 7-10 days.
