The parapran bandage is made of coarse-mesh cotton gauze impregnated with a paraffin composition.

The Parapran dressing is a classic sterile atraumatic dressing that ensures painlessness of bandages without injuring the newly formed epithelium.

The soft paraffin of the dressing, being on the wound, softens under the influence of heat and prolonged releases medicinal substances from its composition, which are in the form of a suspension, into the wound, while thanks to the mesh base of the dressing, the wound discharge is diverted to a secondary sorbing dressing.

The dressing is very gentle, soft, well modeled on complex wound surfaces and does not stick to the wound. ParaPran dressing can be applied at all stages of the wound healing process.
