Description

The syringes include a cylinder with a silicone inner coating, a piston with a seal and a needle fitted with a safety cap. The cylinder material is polypropylene. The finger rest has no burrs or sharp edges. The cylinder is completely transparent, for good visualization of the content. The scale-with a digital designation every ten divisions-is clearly readable, accurate, located strictly parallel to the vertical axis of the cylinder and resistant to washing and abrasion during use. The scale calibration is 0.25 ml. A double locking ring on the inner surface of the cylinder prevents the plunger from being accidentally pulled out when the medicine is being collected. The polypropylene piston has notches at the base for the possibility of its forced destruction. The piston seal (sleeve) is made of polyisoprene trans (hypoallergenic material, latex-free) and treated with silicone grease for smooth and even movement of the piston. The cuff has rings for contact with the inner surface of the cylinder, which eliminates leakage. The syringe is equipped with a single injection needle with a standard cut, with a three-sided sharpening and a silicone coating for atraumatic insertion and reducing pain when penetrating tissues. The color coding of the needle meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 6009. The material of the needle cannula is stainless steel (AISI 304). The safety cap of the needle has five stiffening ribs that make it easy to remove, and, accordingly, additional safety for medical personnel when removing the cap from the needle and reduces the risk of needle contamination when removing the cap, and also saves time for performing simple medical manipulation “injection”. Individual sterile blister pack with a curved edge – thick medical paper and transparent film (the film composition is polyethylene / polyamide). The package is opened with little effort, which prevents spontaneous opening, without the formation of paper fringes. Non-toxic, non-pyrogenic. The sterilization method is ethylene oxide. The sterilization period is 5 years.
