Recommendations for use
Infusion: Â 5 grams of peppermint leaves brew a glass of boiling water.
Infuse for 1 hour, strain. Drink 1 tablespoon 5 times a day.
Decoction: Â 2-3 teaspoons of mint leaves pour a glass of boiling water. Heat in a closed container in a water bath for 10-15 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly.
Drink warm 1 cup 2 times a day, morning and evening.
Contraindications
Children under 3 years of age, varicose veins, it is not recommended to use infusions and decoctions of mint when driving a vehicle (causes drowsiness), allergic reactions, individual intolerance.
