Recommendations for use

1 filter bag (1.5 g each) pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, insist for 10-15 minutes, squeeze out the filter bag, bring the volume of the resulting infusion with boiled water to 200 ml. Take the infusion for adults for ½ cup of infusion 1 time a day with meals.
