Recommendations for use

1 filter bag or 1 teaspoon of the mixture (1.5 g – 2.0 g) pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, insist for 15 minutes, squeeze the filter bag or strain, bring the volume to 200 ml. Herbal tea is consumed warm or cold. Take adults 1 cup of infusion 2 times in the morning with meals. The duration of admission is 2-3 weeks.
