Intranasally.
The drug is injected 1 dose into each nasal passage 3-6 times a day, depending on the severity of the inflammatory process. To do this, remove the safety cap of the dispenser pump, lightly press the fingers to inject the drug and close the dispenser pump with a safety cap.
Before using the drug, after removing the cap of the dispenser pump, you should lightly press your fingers to make two test ” injections (not in the nose!)”.
The course of treatment is 10 days. An increase in the duration and repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

The drug has an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect, increases granulation.
Pinosol improves the patient’s condition, facilitating nasal breathing by reducing secretion and increasing the patency of the nasal passages.
In the chronic course of the disease, the drug increases blood circulation of the nasal mucosa, larynx, trachea and helps restore its function.

It is possible to use Pinosol during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding )according to indications.
In rare cases, allergic reactions, mild burning, itching, and swelling of the nasal mucosa are possible.
