How to take, course of use and dosage
Ground: about 20 g (6 tablespoons) of celandine herb is placed in a glass or enamel dish,200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered through a double layer of gauze, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
Powder in filter bags: 8 filter bags (12 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 15 minutes. Filter bags are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
The prepared infusion is used externally for baths (1-2 cups of infusion per bath), or in the form of lotions (without dilution).
