Pharmacological action

Preparation of plant origin. Lowers the tone of smooth muscles of the stomach and intestines, has a moderate antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory effect, reduces puffiness of the folds of the gastric mucosa. Regulates the secretion of gastric juice, increasing its acidity, mainly in patients with hypoacidity.

Indications

Hypoacid gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum with normal or low acidity.

Recommendations for use

Inside,2-3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals. Adults-1/2-1 teaspoon (0.5-1 g), children-1/2 teaspoon (0.5 g). Before taking the specified amount of the drug is diluted in 1/4 cup of warm water. The course of treatment during the acute period is 3-4 weeks. To prevent relapses – 1 teaspoon (1 g) 1-2 times a day for 1-2 months.
