of 100 ml-propolis 10 g. Auxiliary substances: 80% ethanol.
Pharmacological action
It has an anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effect.
Indications
Microtrauma, superficial damage to the skin and mucous membranes, otitis media, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, periodontal diseases.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
It is not recommended to use during pregnancy and lactation due to the lack of special studies.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to bee products, pollinosis, acute eczema, age up to 18 years.
Side effects
Possible allergic reactions (itching, redness of the skin, rash), a short-term burning sensation at the site of application of the drug.
If allergic reactions develop, the drug should be discontinued.

How to take, course of use and dosage
Externally, topically, by inhalation. Areas with superficial skin injuries (microtraumas) are treated with a swab moistened with propolis tincture 1-3 times a day. For chronic purulent otitis media, after thorough cleaning of pus, a tampon soaked in propolis tincture is inserted into the ear for 1-2 minutes 2-3 times a day or 1-2 drops in the ear 3-4 times a day.
For chronic pharyngitis and tonsillitis, propolis tincture is applied to the tonsils 1-2 times a day for 8-15 days.
In addition, for chronic tonsillitis, an aqueous solution of propolis tincture in a ratio of 1: 20 is used for inhalation. The course of treatment is 1-2 inhalations per day for 7-10 days.
In case of periodontal diseases, propolis tincture is introduced on turunds into the periodontal pockets for 5 minutes after deep curettage.
If the oral mucosa is damaged, an aqueous solution of propolis tincture (15 ml of tincture per 1/2 cup of warm water) is used for rinsing 4-5 times a day for 3-4 days.
Overdose
To date, information about overdose of the drug has not been registered.
Special instructions
There is no information about the effect of the drug on the performance of potentially dangerous activities that require special attention and quick reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, working as a dispatcher and operator).
