Composition

Pharmacological action

Prostatilen has an organotropic effect on the prostate gland.

It helps to reduce edema, stagnation of secretions, and leukocyte infiltration of the prostate gland.

Normalizes secretory function of epithelial cells.

It has antiplatelet activity, prevents the development of venous thrombosis in the prostate gland.

Indications

Chronic prostatitis. Conditions after surgical interventions on the prostate gland.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the drug.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Prostatilen is administered intravenously at 5-10 mg 1 time a day.

Before use, the drug is dissolved in 1-2 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution or 0.25-0.5% novocaine solution.

The duration of treatment is 5-10 days.

If necessary, the course can be repeated in 1-6 months.
