Pharmacological action
Reamberin has an antihypoxic and antioxidant effect, exerting a positive effect on aerobic processes in the cell, reducing the production of free radicals and restoring the energy potential of cells.
The drug activates the enzymatic processes of the Krebs cycle and promotes the utilization of fatty acids and glucose by cells, normalizes the acid-base balance and gas composition of the blood.
It has a moderate diuretic effect. When administered intravenously, the drug is quickly disposed of and does not accumulate in the body.
Indications
Reamberin is used in adults and children from 1 year of age as an antihypoxic and detoxifying agent for acute endogenous and exogenous intoxications of various etiologies.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance, condition after traumatic brain injury, accompanied by cerebral edema, severe renal dysfunction, pregnancy, lactation.
Side effects
With rapid use of the drug, short-term reactions in the form of a feeling of heat and redness of the upper body are possible.
Interaction
It is well combined with antibiotics, water-soluble vitamins, glucose solution.
How to take, course of use and dosage
For adults: Â Reamberin is administered intravenously at a rate of up to 90 drops/minute (1-4.5 ml/minute) – 400-800 ml/day. The rate of drug use and dosage are determined in accordance with the severity of the patient’s disease.
For children: Â enter intravenously drip at the rate of 6-10 ml / kg of body weight daily 1 time a day at a rate of 3-4 ml / min, but not more than 400 ml per day. The course of drug use is up to 11 days.
Special instructions
Due to the activation of aerobic processes in the body by the drug, it is possible to reduce the concentration of glucose in the blood, alkalization of blood and urine.
