Capsule “Evening”: Magnesium oxide, capsule (gelatin carrier, dyes: titanium dioxide, blue patent), indole-3-carbinol, griffonia extract, soy extract, zinc citrate, rhizome extract of Daurian tsimitsifuga, microcrystalline cellulose (carrier), sodium borate, calcium D-pantothenate, cholecalciferol, sodium selenite, calcium stearate (anti-caking agent).
