Pharmacological action

Pharmacological properties of the drug are due to the content of capsaicin alkaloid. The drug has a local irritating, distracting and warming effect, causing an increase in local blood flow in the skin, affecting painful processes that are also localized in the depth of tissues.

Indications

As a local irritant and distracting agent for neuralgia, sciatica, myositis, lumbago, lumboishalgia.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Use during pregnancy and lactation is possible if the expected benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus or child. You should consult your doctor.

Recommendations for use

Externally. A small amount of tincture is rubbed into the corresponding area of the skin 1-2 times a day.

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug; dermatological diseases at the site of application of the drug, violation of the integrity of the skin; children under 12 years of age.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, severe burning sensation at the site of application of the drug. If any of these side effects get worse, or you notice any other side effects that are not listed in the instructions, tell your doctor.

Special instructions

Avoid contact with eyes. The drug should not be applied to mucous membranes, open wounds and damaged or inflamed skin areas. After applying the tincture, wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. If the drug comes into contact with the mouth or nose, rinse them thoroughly with water. Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms. The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, working as a dispatcher, operator).
