Pharmacological action

Reparil-Gel N – decongestant, venotonic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.

It prevents the activation of lysosomal enzymes that break down proteoglycan, reduces the fragility and permeability of capillaries, increases blood flow, and eliminates venous congestion.

Pharmacodynamics

Escin, penetrating through the skin, prevents water retention in the tissues and suppresses the formation of edema, inhibits inflammatory processes, eliminates local edema. Diethylamine salicylate has anti-inflammatory properties, which are enhanced by escin, and causes an analgesic effect.

Indications

Injuries (bruises, sprained or torn ligaments, broken bones, hematoma, inflammation of the tendon vagina), pain syndromes associated with spinal pathology (pain in the back of the head, lumbago, sciatica), superficial inflammation of the veins (including after injections or infusions), varicose veins.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Externally, apply to the affected areas, evenly distributing the gel (possibly rubbing), once or several times a day.

Special instructions

Do not apply to mucous membranes, damaged skin or areas that have been exposed to radiation relatively recently.
