Active ingredient:

Auxiliary substances:
sodium chloride solution for injection 0.9%;
phenol 0.025-0.05%
Indications
- Seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis;
- allergic conjunctivitis;
- bronchial asthma;
- urticaria;
- angioedema;
- atopic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis;
- photodermatosis;
- frequent repeated respiratory infections.
Diseases can occur in isolation or in the form of atopic syndrome.
Rusam can be used for drug, food or polyvalent allergies. Rusam is equally effective for both respiratory and skin allergies and, most importantly, for frequent relapses of respiratory infection.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy and lactation, children under 4 years of age, acute infection, active tuberculosis, decompensated diseases of internal organs. With caution. It should be used with caution in the presence of foci of chronic infection (chronic tonsillitis, sinusitis) due to the possibility of their exacerbation.
Side effects
Possible short-term subfebrility, weakness, malaise, in rare cases, some increase in skin rashes with skin allergies, increased cough, which, as a rule, do not require the cancellation of Rusam and pass on their own.
Interaction
Interactions of Rusam® with other medicinal products have not been reported. Rusam® can be prescribed together with antihistamines, glucocorticosteroids or antibiotics.
How to take, course of use and dosage
Rusam is administered subcutaneously in a single dose of 0.1-0.2 ml once every 7 days. The treatment course is 10 injections. Preventive course – 5 injections. If necessary, a single dose of Rusam can be increased to 0.2-0.3 ml, and the interval between injections can be reduced to 5 days. A second course of treatment with Rusam can be carried out in 20 days according to the same scheme; treatment courses can be repeated 4-5 times during the year, with an interval of at least 20 days.
When pollinosis Rusam should be prescribed immediately before the flowering period of plants. It is recommended to conduct 1-2 preventive courses of treatment. Treatment with Rusam can, if necessary, be combined with antihistamines and glucocorticoid drugs, and can also be used regardless of age, duration of the disease and previous treatment.
Bronchial asthma. The dose of Rusam is 0.10-0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. The course of treatment is 1-2 times a year. Treatment should be prescribed in the subacute period of the disease.
Atopic dermatitis. The therapeutic dose of Rusam is 0.15-0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. With a tendency to pyoderma, generalized form, severe course, the initial dose is 0.1 ml, then increase to 0.2 ml. In combination with Rusam cream, apply externally to the affected areas. The course should be conducted 1-2 times a year.
Angioedema, urticaria. The therapeutic dose of Rusam is 0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. In severe cases, start with a dose of 0.1 ml. The course should be conducted 1-2 times a year.
Rhinitis is seasonal, year-round. The therapeutic dose of Rusam is 0.2 ml. The preventive dose is 0.2 ml. The course is 10 injections. It is necessary to start treatment with Rusam 2-2.5 months before the polination period. During the polination period, the dose of Rusam is 0.1 ml once a week. With year-round allergic rhinitis, the course of treatment is 2 times a year in spring and autumn, with severe course 3-4 times a year.
Photodermatosis. The therapeutic dose is 0.2 ml. The preventive dose is 0.2 ml. Course – 5 injections. In combination with Rusam cream on the affected areas of the skin. The course of treatment should be carried out 1-2 times a year.
Frequent respiratory infections. The preventive dose of Rusam is 0.2 ml. Course – 5 injections. The course of treatment should be carried out 1-2 times a year.
