Indications

In the complex therapy of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including arthritis, osteoarthritis.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation.

Contraindications

Individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, children under 18 years of age. Use with caution (due to the content of ethyl alcohol) in patients with severe liver function disorders, brain injuries and diseases, epilepsy, and chronic alcoholism.

People with chronic diseases should always consult a doctor before using the drug.

Side effects

In rare cases, allergic reactions, nausea, and diarrhea may occur.

Interaction

When using Sabelnik (Comarum palustre) tincture in combination with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the therapeutic effect is enhanced, which makes it possible to reduce the therapeutic dose of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of tincture, previously diluted in 1/3 cup of water at room temperature,2 times a day before meals. The course of treatment is 2 months. If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated after consultation with the doctor.

Overdose

When using the drug in doses significantly higher than recommended, alcohol poisoning is possible. Treatment is symptomatic.

Special instructions

During treatment, a short-term exacerbation of pain syndrome is possible, which passes independently, without discontinuing the drug. A single dose of the drug contains 1.58 g (2 ml) of absolute alcohol; a daily dose contains 3.16 g (4 ml) of absolute alcohol.

Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms

During treatment with the drug, care should be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
