Pharmacological properties

The vitamin and mineral complex contains 11 vitamins,9 minerals, lipoic acid and methionine.

Compatibility of the components in one tablet is ensured by a special technology for the production of vitamin and mineral complexes.

The pharmacological action of the drug is determined by the properties of its constituent components.

Retinol acetate-ensures the normal function of the skin and mucous membranes, the integrity of epithelial tissues;  it participates in the formation of visual pigments, is necessary for twilight and color vision; it is necessary for bone growth, normal reproductive function; it has antioxidant properties.

a-tocopherol acetate-has antioxidant properties, supports the stability of red blood cells, prevents hemolysis; has a positive effect on the functions of the sex glands, nervous and muscle tissue.

Thiamine hydrochloride-plays an important role in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, the work of the nervous system, participates in the processes of nerve excitation in synapses.

Riboflavin is the most important catalyst for cellular respiration, participates in all types of metabolism, in maintaining the normal visual function of the eye, and in the synthesis of hemoglobin.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride-as a coenzyme takes part in protein metabolism; plays an important role in the synthesis of heme hemoglobin and in the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Essential for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system.

Ascorbic acid-participates in the regulation of redox processes, has pronounced antioxidant properties; provides collagen synthesis; participates in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of cartilage, bones, teeth; affects the formation of hemoglobin and maturation of red blood cells; normalizes capillary permeability.

Nicotinamide-participates in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

Folic acid-takes part in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, and nucleic acids; it is necessary for normal erythropoiesis.

Rutoside-participates in redox processes, has antioxidant properties, promotes the deposition of ascorbic acid in tissues.

Calcium pantothenate-as a component of coenzyme A participates in the processes of acetylation and oxidation; promotes the construction and regeneration of epithelium and endothelium. Cyanocobalamin-participates in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in the normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; it is necessary for folic acid metabolism and myelin synthesis.

Lipoic acid-participates in the regulation of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, has a lipotropic effect, affects cholesterol metabolism, improves liver function.

Methionine-has a metabolic, hepatoprotective, antioxidant effect. It participates in the metabolism of many biologically important compounds, activates the action of hormones, vitamins, enzymes, and proteins.

Iron-participates in erythropoiesis, as part of hemoglobin provides oxygen transport to tissues.

Cobalt-regulates metabolic processes, increases the body’s defenses.

Calcium is necessary for the formation of bone matter, blood clotting, transmission of nerve impulses, contraction of skeletal and smooth muscles, and normal myocardial activity.

Copper-prevents anemia and oxygen starvation of organs and tissues, helps prevent osteoporosis. Strengthens the walls of blood vessels.

Zinc-participates in the metabolism of nucleic acids, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fatty acids and hormones.

Magnesium-normalizes blood pressure, has a calming effect, stimulates the production of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone together with calcium, and prevents the formation of kidney stones.

Phosphorus-strengthens bone tissue and teeth, increases mineralization, is a part of ATP-the energy source of cells.

Manganese-affects the development of bone tissue, participates in tissue respiration, immune responses, and is involved in the antioxidant protection of body cells.

Indications

Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies, including those that occur:

– with increased physical and mental stress, stressful situations,

– under the influence of adverse environmental factors,

– after injuries, operations, exacerbations of chronic diseases, etc.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated.

Contraindications

• Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

• Pregnancy, breast-feeding period.

• Children under 12 years of age.

• Sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

Side effects

Allergic reactions to the components of the drug.

Interaction

Ascorbic acid increases the concentration of salicylates, ethinyl estradiol,

benzylpenicillin and tetracyclines in the blood; reduces the concentration of oral contraceptives; reduces the anticoagulant effect of coumarin derivatives.

Calcium supplements, colestyramine, neomycin reduce the absorption of retinol acetate.

a-tocopherol acetate enhances the effect of cardiac glycosides, steroid and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

How to take, course of use and dosage

You should consult your doctor before starting treatment.

Inside after eating.

Adults and children over 12 years of age for the prevention of vitamin and mineral deficiency 1 tablet per day. The course of admission is 4 weeks. Repeated courses are possible on the doctor’s recommendation.

To make up for the lack of vitamins and minerals, including with strenuous mental or physical work, stress – 1 tablet 2 times a day. The course of admission is 4 weeks.

Special instructions

It is not recommended to take other medications containing multivitamins and trace elements at the same time, and to exceed the recommended daily dose.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms

The drug does not adversely affect the ability to drive vehicles and perform other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
