2 filter bags (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then the filter bags are squeezed out, the volume of the resulting extraction is brought to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1/2 cup of infusion in the evening after meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Senna leaves contain anthraglycosides (glucoaloemodin, glucorein, sennosides A and B), flavonoids, resinous substances, mucus, macro-and microelements and other biologically active substances.
