Fresh aloe arborescens – 360 g;

excipients:

sodium chloride – 8.5 mg,

water for injection-a sufficient amount to receive 1000 ml of the drug.

Pharmacological action

Biogenic stimulator. It has an adaptogenic, general tonic, anti-inflammatory effect. Improves cellular metabolism, trophism and tissue regeneration, increases the general nonspecific resistance of the body and the resistance of tissues, mucous membranes and skin to the action of damaging agents, accelerates regeneration processes. It has weak antimicrobial activity and immunostimulating properties.

Indications

As a biogenic stimulant in the complex therapy of chronic diseases: in gastroenterology (peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum), respiratory tract (chronic bronchitis, pneumonia), gynecology (adnexitis, endometritis), trophic ulcers.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, chronic renal failure, chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, metrorrhagia, hemorrhoids, cystitis, acute inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, hemoptysis, cholelithiasis, children under 18 years of age.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, high blood pressure, hyperthermia, diarrhea.

When administered subcutaneously, there may be pain at the injection site. In this case,0.5 ml of a solution of 20 mg/ml of novocaine is pre-administered.

Interaction

With prolonged use of the drug, it is possible to reduce the potassium content in the body, which can contribute to the increased effect of cardiac glycosides and antiarrhythmic drugs.

Concomitant use of liquid aloe extract and thiazide diuretics, loop diuretics, licorice medications, and corticosteroids increases the risk of developing potassium deficiency.

Aloe extract liquid potentiates the action of laxatives and drugs that stimulate hematopoiesis.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Subcutaneously.

1 ml daily (the maximum daily dose is 3-4 ml).

The course of treatment is 20-30 injections.

On the recommendation of a doctor, it is possible to repeat the course in 2-3 months.

Special instructions

The drug is allowed to contain a suspension that precipitates during storage, which turns into a uniform suspension when shaking the ampoules.

Use with caution in the elderly and senile age.
