Arterial hypertension.
– Chronic heart failure.
– Chronic heart failure after acute myocardial infarction in patients with stable hemodynamics.
– Diabetic nephropathy and chronic diffuse kidney diseases (non-diabetic nephropathy).
– To reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, or coronary death in high-risk cardiovascular patients with CHD, including patients who have had a previous myocardial infarction, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, and coronary artery bypass grafting.
