Madder extract tablets are used in adults with kidney stones to reduce spasms and facilitate the removal of small stones and sand.
The drug is prescribed orally for 1 tablet 3 times a day.
If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2-3 tablets 3 times a day.
Tablets should be dissolved in 1/2 cup of warm water before taking.
The course of treatment is 20-30 days.
A second course of treatment is possible in 4-6 weeks after consulting a doctor.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, severe renal failure, gastric ulcer, galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.

Madder dye extract – antispasmodic, diuretic.
The main active ingredient of the preparation is dry madder extract obtained from the rhizomes and roots of madder – Rubia tinctorum L. and its Georgian variety Rubia tinctorum L. var. iberica Fisch. Ex DC. (R. iberica (Fisch ex DC. ) Koch sem. madder plants – Rubiaceae.
Dry madder extract has a diuretic and antispasmodic effect, promotes loosening of urinary calculi containing calcium and magnesium phosphates and their removal from the kidneys and urinary tract.

Possible allergic reactions.
When using madder dye preparations, the urine turns reddish;
