Composition

The serum contains:

• water,

• rye enzyme filtrate,

• pentylene glycol,

Pharmacological action

Mycozan is a local antifungal agent.

When applied to the nail, Mycosan forms a water-soluble film covering its surface, which penetrates deeply into the thickness, increases the density of nail plate structures, reduces their porosity, and also forms protection against the effects of pathogenic fungi, creating conditions unfavorable for their growth.

Mycosan has a destructive effect on the lipid membrane of fungi, causing their death. The action of Mycozan prevents further growth and spread of fungi on the nail, contributing to its natural regrowth.

Indications

• To eliminate fungal nail damage;
• prevent (prevent) the reappearance of fungal nail infection;
• strengthen and nourish nail plates with increased brittleness and delamination.

Contraindications

Children under 4 years of age.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Locally.

Elimination of fungal nail damage. Remove the nail polish and/or clean the nails before use.

1.1 time a week, gently clean the affected nail with the nail file included in the kit.

2. Apply Mycozan 2 times a day (morning / evening) apply to the entire surface of the affected nail for a long continuous period — at least 4 weeks.

3. After applying Mycozan, the nail should be dried for 1-2 minutes.

After the main course of application (4 weeks), it is recommended to use Mycozan 1 time a day until a healthy nail completely grows back. The duration of the course is on average 3-6 months (depending on the area of the lesion and the individual growth rate of the nail plate).

The first visible results are observed a few weeks after the start of Mycosan use.

Mycozan is designed to eliminate fungal damage to the nail plates. If you are not sure that the patient is suffering from a fungal nail lesion, you should consult a doctor.

Prevention (prevention) of repeated occurrence of fungal nail infection. Apply Mycozan 1 time a day to unaffected nails.

Strengthening and nutrition of nail plates with increased brittleness and delamination. Apply Mycozan 1 time a day to the nails.

To assess the effectiveness of Mycozan, it is recommended to fix the size of the affected area of the nail once a month.

In the specified template, mark the area of the nail affected by a fungal infection — This will help you remember what the nail looked like before applying Mycozan.

Mark the affected area on templates every month until the affected area disappears completely. Show the specialist this scheme so that they can assess the dynamics of improvement in the condition of the nail/nails.

Mycozan is intended for external use only.

To avoid cross-infection, do not transfer Mycozan to other people, you must use 1 nail file only for 1 nail and only 1 time!

Recommendations for the treatment and prevention of fungal nail infection

Keep your hands and feet dry.

It is good to wipe them after a shower, especially in the creases between your fingers.

In case of fungal infection, use individual clean towels.

Regularly trim your nails in a straight line with a slight curve at the tips. Do not bite your nails or remove cuticles.

Wear suitable footwear and allow your feet to be ventilated as much as possible. Do not wear shoes made of synthetic materials. During treatment, wear cotton socks that keep your feet cool and fresh. If the patient’s feet are sweating, it is necessary to change socks more often.

Regularly disinfect your shoes.

Individual slippers are required in public showers or changing rooms. The fungus breeds in warm and humid places, such as swimming pools, showers, or changing rooms.

Do not use nail polish. Despite the fact that it creates the appearance of protecting the nail from fungal infection, the varnish can retain moisture.

For pedicures and manicures, use disposable or individual tools.
