Active ingredients

Nettle leaves contain vitamins K, C, carotenoids, chlorophyll, tannins, pantothenic acid, flavonoids and other biologically active substances.

Recommendations for use

4 filter bags (6 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 15 minutes.

Filter bags are squeezed out, the volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take inside 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
