Indications for use: |
Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal and nasopharyngeal mucosa, accompanied by drying of the nasal mucosa; conditions after operations in the nasal cavity and nasal tamponade (inpatient and outpatient settings).
Locally.
For adults, the drug is instilled on the first day 1-2 drops in each nasal passage at intervals of 1-2 hours, in subsequent days-1-2 drops in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day; for children-1-2 drops 3-4 times a day or use a cotton swab.
It is possible to use the drug for inhalation, for which 2 ml (50 drops) is instilled into the inhaler. Inhalation is recommended 2-3 times a day.
The duration of treatment is 5-7 days.

The drug has an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect, increases granulation.
Pinosol improves the patient’s condition, facilitating nasal breathing by reducing secretion and increasing the patency of the nasal passages.
In the chronic course of the disease, the drug increases blood circulation of the nasal mucosa, larynx, trachea and helps restore its function.
