Composition

1 tablet contains sodium nucleinate (in terms of dry matter) – 250 mg. in a package of 50 pcs.

Auxiliary substances:  calcium stearate, potato starch, low-molecular-weight polyvinylpyrrolidone, refined sugar, aerosil, beeswax, titanium dioxide, food gelatin, magnesium carbonate, sunflower oil, paraffin, talc.

Pharmacological action

Pharmacological action-regenerating, leukopoietic, immunostimulating.

Accelerates regeneration processes, stimulates bone marrow hematopoiesis, including leukopoiesis. It has an immunostimulating effect: it increases the migration and cooperation of T-and B-lymphocytes, phagocytic activity of macrophages, and the activity of non-specific resistance factors.

It is effective in diseases that occur against the background of immunodeficiency conditions or are accompanied by their development.

Indications

• Leukopenia.
• Agranulocytosis.
• Complex therapy:
• Chronic pneumonia.
• Herpetic keratitis.
• Viral hepatitis.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity.
• Organic diseases of the heart muscle with conduction disorders.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside, after eating.

The daily dose is 1-2 g in 3 to 4 divided doses.

The course of treatment is 10 days (depending on the severity of the disease-up to 6 weeks).

Elderly and senile patients with reduced immune status – 1-1.5 g / day for 2-3 weeks 2 times a year (in spring and autumn).

With leukopenia for adults – 1 tablet 2-3 times a day, the course of treatment is determined individually, on average it is 10 days.

A course of therapy with the drug (including for the treatment of chronic diseases) is possible two to three times a year.

Film-coated tablets.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place protected from light and out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
