Pharmacological action

Tanacehol is obtained from tansy flowers Tanacetum Vulgare L. of the Asteraceae family.

The drug enhances the formation and excretion of bile, contributes to a change in its biochemical composition.

It has an antispasmodic effect on the gallbladder, bile ducts and intestines.

Indications

It is used in adults as a choleretic and antispasmodic agent for chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia of the hypomotor type, as well as in patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Tanacehol, cholelithiasis.

Side effects

Interaction

It can be used in combination with drugs used in gastroenterology (enzymes, antacids, activated charcoal, etc. ).

How to take, course of use and dosage
