Soluvit N is a multivitamin preparation. With full parenteral nutrition, it provides the body with the necessary water-soluble vitamins.
Thiamine (vitamin B1) plays an important role in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. It is involved in the processes of nerve excitation in synapses. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is a catalyst for cellular respiration and is essential for normal visual perception.
Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is essential for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. It is involved in the biosynthesis of many neurotransmitters. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is essential for normal hematopoiesis, as well as the synthesis of nucleic acids.
Pantothenic acid is a component of coenzyme A and plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation.
Nicotinamide is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. Folic acid takes part in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, and nucleic acids; it is necessary for normal erythropoiesis.
Parenteral nutrition (as an additive to infusion solutions).
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Soluvit N.
Possible allergic reactions.
The drug is compatible with intralipid solutions and glucose solutions.
It is not recommended to add other infusion solutions to the drug.
Intravenously. Soluvit H must be dissolved under aseptic conditions immediately before use.
Adults and children over 11 years of age
The contents of one vial under aseptic conditions are dissolved in 10 ml of one of the following solutions:
The contents of the vial, after being dissolved in 10 ml of Vitalipid or Intralipid under aseptic conditions, are added to a fat emulsion (for example, Intralipid) or to a three-in-one parenteral nutrition system (Cabiven central or peripheral).
The solution obtained by dissolving Soluvit H in 10 ml of water for injection or glucose solution is added aseptically to glucose solutions (5,10 or 20%), fat emulsion (for example, Intralipid) or to a three-in-one parenteral nutrition system (for example, Kabiven central or peripheral).
The contents of one bottle provide a daily requirement for vitamins. Adults and children over 11 years of age should receive 1 vial / day.
Children under 11 years of age
The contents of one vial are dissolved under aseptic conditions by adding 10 ml of one of the following solutions: :
The contents of the vial after being dissolved in 10 ml of Vitalipid or Intralipid under aseptic conditions are added to the fat emulsion (Intralipid) or to the three-in-one parenteral nutrition system (Kabiven central or peripheral).

Children weighing less than 10 kg: when adding 10 ml of a compatible solution to a bottle of Soluvit H, the daily requirement for water-soluble vitamins is provided by 1 ml of the resulting solution per 1 kg of body weight. Newborns and children weighing less than 10 kg should receive 1/10 of the contents of the vial (1 ml of the resulting solution) per 1 kg / day.
Soluvit H can be prescribed to both adults and children (taking into account the daily need for vitamins in patients of different ages).
