When used simultaneously, sedatives and tranquilizers enhance the analgesic effect of Spasmalin.
When used concomitantly with histamineH1-receptor blockers, butyrophenones, phenothiazines, amantadine and quinidine, it is possible to increase the m-cholinolytic effect of drugs.
