Pharmacological action
Stomachicae species №3 has an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic and mild laxative effect.
Indications
Spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, constipation (as a mild laxative).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; intestinal obstruction, spastic constipation, bleeding, acute abdominal syndrome, appendicitis, other inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Side effects
Possible allergic reactions.
With prolonged use, a feeling of thirst, headache, heart pain, weight loss, weakening or lack of a laxative effect, constipation are possible.
How to take, course of use and dosage
2 filter bags (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, close and insist for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them out.
The volume of the resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside 1/2 cup in the morning and evening.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
