Pharmacological action

The properties of Supradine are determined by the complex of vitamins and minerals included in the composition.

Vitamin A is necessary for normal growth, participates in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of bones, teeth, skin; participates in the synthesis of visual pigment.

Vitamin B-1 normalizes the activity of the heart and promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B2 promotes the regeneration of tissues, including skin cells.

Vitamin B6 helps to maintain the structure and function of bones, teeth, gums, has an effect on erythropoiesis, and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B12 is involved in erythropoiesis, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin C is involved in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of bones, teeth and gums; it strengthens the walls of capillaries.

Vitamin D3 regulates the exchange of phosphorus and calcium in the body, promoting the absorption of these substances by the intestines, and timely deposition of them in the bones.

Molybdenum is a part of enzymes and coenzymes involved in many redox reactions in the body. Supradin contains 12 vitamins combined with minerals and rare elements that are important factors in metabolic processes.

Vitamins are necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, the formation of energy reserves, the metabolism of lipids, nucleic acids and proteins, as well as for the synthesis of collagen, neurotransmitters, etc.

Indications

Contraindications

For coated tablets – there is also a violation of iron or copper metabolism, severe hypercalciuria, sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, an allergic reaction to peanuts or soy.

Side effects

Allergic reactions to the components of the drug: rash, facial swelling, shortness of breath, redness of the skin, itching, blisters, shock.

For coated tablets, also on the part of the digestive system:  

pain in the stomach, intestines, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting; nervous system disorders: headache, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness; metabolic disorders: hypercalciuria.

Do not take other multivitamins at the same time.

How to take, course of use and dosage

Inside, pre-dissolved in a glass of water.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 effervescent tablet daily, or as directed by the doctor. Without a doctor’s recommendation, the drug should not be taken in doses exceeding the above, as well as for children under 12 years of age.

Special instructions

Patients taking other medications should consult their doctor before starting taking Supradine for possible interactions.

The recommended dose of the drug should not be exceeded, since very high doses of certain ingredients of the drug, in particular vitamin A, vitamin D, iron and copper, can have adverse effects on the human body.

Do not take other multivitamins at the same time.An effervescent tablet contains about 300 mg of sodium (equivalent to 700 mg of table salt). Patients who follow a diet with minimal salt intake are advised to take coated tablets. An effervescent tablet contains about 1 g of crystalline sugar (sucrose), which corresponds to 0.1 bread units.
